So after some reflection I was pretty appalled by @infovore 's behaviour, flagging me to death for "distracting" font - directly contradicting the anti-censorship philosophy espoused in the whitepaper.
Especially given the only ground for censorship was that he didn't like my use of h4 tags. I insulted no one, I was polite and my language was correct.
This blatant arrogance, and disregard for principles is the result of showering a teenager with $60,000 of wealth in an country, particularly so, in a country where that is the equivalent of about $300,000+.
Alas, I was a teen too, and I was a truly self-important, inflated little boy, so I can imagine my conduct had I been pumped with unearned value.
You have created an African-Napoleon that will roam Steemit and censor at his whim, because he is so empowered.
Remember when I warned you this would happen on the $40k post? Alas, I was right.
I really wish, people would consider the effect of showering children with wealth.
In fact, @infovore 's delusion was such that he felt the socio-moral superiority to say he's "disappointed in me".
Steemit will see mass-adoption so long as some blogs are well rewarded, yet this will become a place infested with: sadness, anger, and will lead to a higher incidence of suicide - as people are played with like little toys by the singular delusions of these nouveau whales.
I can only imagine what will a teenage boy do with 50k, earned in a snap from a few posts. I don't really have an idea on how can we tackle this...
Well I was a teenage boy with $100k back when that was closer to $250k in today's dollars.
Three things I remember about that time of my life...
#1 Hookers, or girls who were cheap anyways.
#2 Nice car
#3 Lots and lots of pharmaceutical research.
And how did that influenced you?
We're still sorting that out. Seems like the long term effects have evolved into a strange addiction to a website named steemit. But it took years to get this bad. ;)
Not give them $50k
How can we know who they are?
Yep. We don't!
@positive more tools are coming. You should see what I have planned for the steemitisnotacasino crowd. Imagine a bot that follows you around steemit letting folks know you downvoted because you were jealous that someone got on trending. I mean why upvote someone who keeps a policy of downvoting anyone who gets more money than they do :)
Same bot could be adapted to similar style police and anyone else that wants to censor rather than participate.
Can't wait:
:)
It does seem to be bizarre behavior. If using the markdown was a problem it should not have been put in. So now there is a style and composition police? For times when someone flags you on the completely trivial there should be some sort of grievance procedure.
I would agree. This is beyond absurd!
I am lucky enough to only have one downvote. It was a powerful one. https://steemit.com/steemit/@iamwne/a-little-pain-a-little-pleasure-steemit-bondage. It got killed immediately. There is one picture on it that was perhaps a bit risky. But if you read that post it is pretty clearly not a sexual article. But I have seen articles that are pass and make a little money. I did get replies that we supportive of the article. I don't regret the attempt. I try to be bold with my prose at times. Sometimes you are going to strike out but personally I don't think it is that bad.
@positive Hey mind changing the pic from hitler to something else on these posts? You're godwining your own threads.

Also I find the hitler effigy a bit offensive in this regard because none of these guys are calling for the extermination of an entire race.
Thanks!
I would. But it has positive clickbait value, and gets the point across effectively.
Thanks for fixing that bud I really appreciate it!

Search Kim Jung :)
It really doesn't though. It's genuinely offensive to look at when attached to something like this and Mao or Stalin would be far more appropriate and probably a hell of a lot more clickbaity. I also hear Kim Jung Un also has some pictures out there on the internet somewhere. I'd like my curation reward to be maximized, please fix. :)
Kim Jung is a Good idea!
Dude, those Kim Jung cartoons are perfect. Where the heck did you find them?
