Have you considered how to prevent @randowhale from being abused by plagiarists, identity thieves, and other bad actors? Is there a way to report "bad" votes?

I don't code, so I'm not sure there is a software solution. We can flag those posts easily enough. I just see it as wasted voting/flagging power if it can be prevented somehow.
