It is clear that the strategy of shooting many different posts in steemit will make you noticed but not up voted.
This is due to different reasons and in my opinion the main reason is there are so many newbie entering to gain some steem as the advertisement suggests FREE STEEM, and as we all need money so , we enter and register in steemit hoping to get some cash fast, we try to survive by all means, and as I can see from my 15 days analysis since I have joined here, that more than 65% of new comers are fed up trying without knowing the tools to succeed and the gurus already they have their own preferred writers whom they will mainly up vote for them solely.
The newbie will keep up voting till there Steem power is exhausted , and they wait for 7 days to get the rewards but it will be NULL as the steemstats is a well guide to show them why it is null ( but 90% of them will not open it ).
In my trials here in steemit, I had done the newbie mistake and I am now trying to recover from this mistake, I need more 3 days to get my steem power bar to 100%.
Also I have noticed that most of the up voting friends . Their voting with 0.00%. I had one post with 13 votes and the sum of income is only 0.001.
the bots are also here playing great role at which you pay you get up voting. but if I do not have SBD then I can not use them and if my posts are having minimum SBD then I will wait 7 days to be able to use these bot....
also another reason to fail is using the bots is the 100% steem power rewards , if you press this button or check it by yes, then all of your SBD will be there and you will not have cash SBD
all of these and many more reasons will force the non patient new members to stop voting and to leave steemit, the dream is failed.
for me, I am very aggressive to stay in steemit, I am a retired engineer , I have good time to read and to analyze the tools to speed up my reputation to be increased but as newbie who do not have enough cash, I cant use bots daily as I need to wait few hours to collect daily my rewards.
the system is really complicated and hard to be understood by unqualified newbies.

if you are not qualified and if you are not Stubborn to survive in this highly competition community , then do not try steemit.

Yes, agreed. Most noobs think that this will bring you instant success. Following thousands of people and having hundreds of followers in a few days. This usually never works. I would suggest, read the steemit etiquette post as well as how steem power actually works. Then have dialog with people following you or you have followed. THIS BUILDS GREAT RELATIONSHIPS that will last and benefit both parties.
So much more I can say, but my last rant will be to reseach how to be successful if that's your objective. For me it's more for the social interaction with people across the globe.... Cheers.
correct, i agree with you, but the in my case, i am under huge debt and i must find a better source for extra income to overcome my two issues, the divorce and the fiat loans i have to pay.

Sure I can resteem this. I figure if one works at it for a year or two one might get enough sp built up for that kind of success. The key is persistence. Good luck.
