When you are doing the things you love and/or the things you're good at, you'll notice that your actions will express more energy. Don't force yourself to do things you don't like, but practice the things you're not good at, so you can improve yourself.
3. The key to success is believing in yourself
If you don't believe in yourself, how can you expect others to believe in you! You're perfect as you are, with all your talents, with all your flaws.
4. Try to improve yourself every day
If you don't improve, you'll be falling behind. Whether it is commenting, writing, upvoting, socializing or anything else, try to improve one aspect every day.
5. Frustration and failure are normal. Embrace them en go on.
You can not succeed without making mistakes. If we wouldn't make mistakes, we wouldn't learn anything.
Accept that every mistake will bring you closer to success, as long as you're willing to learn from it.
6. Share and give and you will receive
Always try to add value to other people's lives, in whichever way that may be. You'll notice this will come back to you.
7. Forget perfection.
Don't waste time trying to make your quality posts or comments perfect. Because you know what? Perfection doesn't exist.
8. Follow the footsteps of the whales
Do some research and try to find out what they've done to become successful. Once you know, you know what to do.
9. Connect with others.
Be social, make as many connections as possible. No one becomes successful alone. Find the people that share your interests, and work with them towards success.

Indeed a good tip.
It’s not always easy, but I try to keep it above 80. Yesterday, it was down to 76, so I had to forbid myself to cast any votes. Very difficult! :0)
