Sensational Bath on Your Own

Basically bathing is to cleanse your physical body with water for hygienic purpose. However dealing with different kinds of people and environment in daily basis, allows us to connect with various type of energy. Unfortunately not all energies are in high frequency and positive. Having a sensation bath allows you to be feel relaxed, calm, rejuvenate furthermore you can start right off the bat with these simple ingredients.

Ingredients:
Flowers
Lime
Rose water

Get a big pail or container and fill water into it , then get few types of fragrance flowers (if can get 7 types of flower) like lavender, roses, violet, jasmine, chamomile, passion , lilac are great choice which you can consider . As their nature we cannot deny, each flower has their own benefits in a way of interaction with human. Put them into the water , take two to three limes depends on how big your container , squeeze it and let it dilute into water and add some rose water even few drops of essential oil (if any). Let it sit for 1-3 hours. My suggestion is to perform shower before 11.00 am or after 4p.m before 6.00 pm. It is just a belief that this time is ideal for sensational bath. It is auspicious for any of you to perform this bath during full moon and new moon. It will remove all negativity and attract good prosperity.
I recommend you to take shower as usual and clean your body. After that take the flower water and bath from head to toe until the water finishes. The water that drops on your body will give you a feeling of your energy and spirit being refreshed. This sensational bath actually offers you intrinsic value as well.

However no scientific evidence is shown on how it really works, but it has been practiced for generations by our ancestors. No harm trying, at least it’s refreshing and makes you smell nice.
