So i was messing around on steemit and i found the market in my wallet. it can be a great tool to trade SBD/STEEM or vise versa. I've been able to use the market a little, once i spent a little time looking at it and playing with it. So when you go to the your wallet you can click on the down arrow next to your steem value. Then you will see a market option and that will take you to the market to do a little trading. Good luck to you on your endeavor. 
With exchanges like polo holding steem/sbd deposits and withdrawls, the steem market is a new favorite alternative. Just finding this out myself.
