I am still pretty new to Steemit, even though I joined around a year ago, I took a break away after writing a few posts and a good buddy got me back into it. I found this group and Senouci brought me in and made me feel at home right away.

There are a lot of ways to invest your money in Steemit!
You can buy upvotes.
Create new projects on Steemit.
Create some contests and giveaways.
Find people on Steemit who will work for you.
Buy resteems from this group and earn with the project.
Find good writers and pay them to write great posts for you.
Find someone to create great artwork or good videos to share in your posts.
Steemit has evolved a lot and most members have realised that those that we support today are the ones that will support us tomorrow.
And this brings me to the actual reason for this post. I came across a wonderfully motivated and dynamic individual who is extremely dedicated and community orientated and has built a huge community consisting of now more than 2500 followers on Steemit and more than 18000 members in his Facebook group.

If you really want to choose a good group, you have to find the group that provides something more than simply dropping your link and moving along. The group should be comprised of a team that work together, resteem and upvote one another as well as leaving a comment of praise or encouragement if so required. The human touch and interaction are so much more valuable than a simple upvote by a bot!

I agree with your important notes there. I'm a YouTuber and a comparison could be made to people who want Sub for Sub or Like for Like. It will not increase watch time, it will not help the overall stats your your channel to get more noticed. Engagement is crucial, even vital. The human interaction is an important one and thus, groups where we need to interact, check out content is cool. It allows us to discover and connect with others and for them to do the same with us. Such rules are fun rules.
