I write my articles with care, and I'm happy when someone comment me.
Steem is a social platform: I reply to most of them and I like how it create links and discussions between users.
Then come the beggars, the people that can't write english, people that didn't even read my post, ads, bots... This is pollution to the comments thread. When there is too much of it, nobody take the time to put a real comment because they are bored to have to filter all the shit for themselves.
This destroy steem. Bot comments are spam comments

Producing multiple accounts and up-voting that account can be seen as taking advantage of the rewards pool. One person with multiple accounts may be looked into and addressed if/when illicit activity is noticed.

The developer of @transparencybot, @bycoleman has purchased delegated SP and up-voted his other accounts over the last 7 days @introbot 59%, @botreporter 10%, @transparency bot 12% and himself 3.2% of the time.

And here's me, lucky to get $2 a post. i used to spend hours writing.... to no avail.
so now i dont put in as much time and effort.
im sure im not alone in that.
