Any idea why we’re being DDOSed? Is this from a set ip range we could just block, or could cloudflare be used?

Why steemit is being attack? Good question but I would think it is because folks are making money here.

How about a decentralized cloudflare service?

I guess there are decentralized alternatives although they’re not as good yet and many aren’t too well tested.
