@valorforfreedom I like your self-improvement vlogging. I think I'm going to join you on this journey. I just started working out again and would love to share what I've learned throughout the years. I use to play AAA American Football. I was in pretty good shape a few years ago. Need to get back to that state. Upvoted and following!

I read the blog about creating the headers, that was really uesful, I thought they were a good idea, but wasn't sure how to create them so thank for that blog/post.
How are your legs after the other day? Did you try to stretch after? In fact that evening i decided to do some training, wasn't much but a bit of karate and leg work out with some stretches, and it did me a world of good. I think you may have motivated me, so nice one for that.

Excelente amigo, felicitaciones, actualmente estoy comenzando en steemit, mañana apenas cumplo un mes, colocándonos metas y siendo constantes podremos abrirnos camino en esta plataforma, actualmente mi meta a corto plazo es llegar a 100 sp, y luego por que no llegar a 10.000, se que si trabajamos en eso con un objetivo claro lo podemos lograr, mucho éxito.
