Eli Knight showing some more great techniques. Be sure to follow him on YouTube, his IG, and of course keep those comments letting him know you saw his content on Steemit! Still want to see him head to Steemit someday soon :)

Nice man! Just got back from my gym a couple hours ago. We only train in Gi's though. Pablo Silva BJJ! I'll have to look into the No-Gi stuff at some point! Cheers.

Awesome, thanks! Following you.

Really like the 3rd takedown from the clinch. Can't wait to join a jiu-jitsu or MMA gym down the road!

Awesome, don't wait! Find a way to make it happen, it's the best decision you can make.

Haha I'm doing my best, it's just more of a money thing right now.I've been a fan of MMA since I was 13 (20 now) & always been self training/studying along with fighting friends & assholes at school that deserve it.It's definitely taught me a lot of class & respect.I'll be joining as soon as I can afford it!

As soon as you can! I strongly encourage everyone to at least take some classes. At least to learn some self defense techniques.

Great video!
I need to work on my take downs. Although I have improved slightly, I have a long journey!
I believe that it would be more beneficial in my self defense training to practice more striking as well. The reason I even got into BJJ was for self defense classes with @bjjworldtraveler. Now in training so much as BJJ and not self defense, I may have lost some of that awareness for strikes.
In the 19 months of training so far there isn't a session that I don't learn something. Even as small as just a minor posture adjustment on a double leg shot. Going to a training session, or watching videos alike, I know I'm going to learn and I soak it up.
Eli seems like a great teacher and maybe someday our paths will cross. I've followed him on youtube and frequent his videos. Just picking up on little tricks or tips that I can try to help execute more efficiently.
