Bullying happens everyday. Its all too common in schools but not just there alone. In the workplace, some employees are bullied by senior staff or their boss. Most victims of bullying just feel helpless, not knowing the way out of their situation - especially young ones at school. There are so many recorded cases of suicide that are partly or entirely caused by someone being relentlessly bullied. It is that bad. So what can help if you or a friend is being bullied?
This whiteboard animation provides some really helpful tips to deal with bullying. While it is primarily done with young ones in mind, the principles shown will help people of all ages deal with this ugly situation. I hope it helps you or someone. I have never experienced being bullied. Maybe it happened when I was a kid and I can't remember.
For some cases, I think it's always best to be in the mist of friends and avoid being alone.

Although it is very hard you can try and ignore the bully and compart mentalise them or else move away from them. Also getting help from others is the best way I think.

When I was a kid, I was bulled as well, it sucked. Its a group mind set with one strong leader sorta leading the charge. I did fight back one day and that did stop if from happening again. Not that I would recommend that path... I teach martial arts as well, and in our self defense class, the idea is not to make yourself look weak and easy prey . I Think it the same here. If you show you are weak, then this just fuels the fire of bullies. :/
Working constantly in my mind and moving away from people with that attitude were my strategies to overcome the harassment. It was not easy, because there were times when I was very vulnerable and I let my mental and emotional state deteriorate.
It is very unfortunate that there are people capable of being happy to see others collapse 👎
Unfortunately, there is no peaceful way to deal with boss or peer bullying. This encourages us to be more bully than them. This paves the way for the deterioration of public order. This problem can be partially mitigated by the joint work of state officials, then law enforcement officers and psychologists.
If are being bullied verbally you just have to dodge that bullets, it is really easy: don't bother to care for the other's opinions and if you want to fight back you just have to look at the same flaws the bully have, we all have flaws.
But if the bulling is fisical I recommend to leave it or stand up against it. It is a fight or flight response. Look for some authority to help you out, fight back or just run out of there.
@focusnow, I will not share the actual situation but i too faced the bullying in school days and definitely it creates real darkness around us and world reflects as standing against us.
But one thing we should remember and that is, no matter what others think and say about us, but we should not harm ourselves because life is precious. But definitely this situation should become a Subject and people should educated towards this subject.

It is hard to beat a bully and if you try you might end up seriously harmed or even dead.
The interesting thing is a bully is a pathetic person that does his job because he has his little helpers, never get punished and the crowd keeps silent.
In my part of the world, unnecessary bullying isn't a thing. I have not been bullied so I wouldn't know, but I think reporting could really help.
