Speaking of Education, the most important thing is not how smart you are, but how you use your skills. The mind that guides your intelligence is far more important than the amount of brain power you have.
Because mistakes in understanding about an intelligence will cause a person to fail. On the other hand, there are people who do not think of intelligence, but they get something out of the amazing.
If someone asks, "should be your child be a scientist?", the question has been answered by Dr. Edward Teller, a prominent professor in the United States, the professor replied, "A child does not need a mind that works quickly to be a scientist, nor does it require extraordinary knowledge, nor does it have to be of great value in school. The only thing worth calculating is that a child should have a high interest in knowledge science".

Interest and passion are the most important factors in science. With a positive, optimistic, and cooperative attitude, someone with an IQ of 100 will produce more accomplishments, will surely get bigger rewards and achieve greater success compared to individuals who have an IQ of 120, but he is negative, pessimistic, uncooperative and lacks passion in knowledge science.

Why some smart people fail ?
I have someone a friend, without I have to mention his name. I have been friends with him for 10 years. He is a smart and genius, he has a high intelligence above average in general and of course smarter than me. But sorry, I think he is the most failed friend I've ever found, His job is very ordinary (for fear of responsibility), She is not married (because many marriages end in divorce), He has few friends (Because many others are boring to him), He never invested money for something certain (Because he was afraid of losing his money).
My friend is using her incredible brain power to prove why things will not work, and rather than directing his mental strength to seek ways of succeeding. Because of the negative thoughts that direct the brain's extraordinary ability, so I say he's a smart person who failed. If his attitude changes, he can do great things, because he has the extraordinary ingenuity to be a very successful person. But not so, he has no power to think.

Berbicara tentang Pendidikan, sesungguhnya yang terpenting adalah bukan seberapa cerdas anda, tapi bagaimana anda menggunakan kemampuan yang anda miliki. Pikiran yang menuntun kecerdasaan anda jauh lebih penting dari pada jumlah kekuatan otak anda.
Karena kesalahan dalam memahami tentang sebuah kecerdasan akan menyebabkan seseorang itu gagal. Di lain pihak, ada orang yang yang tidak memikirkan kecerdasaan, tetapi dia mendapat sesuatu hal yang luar biasa.
Jika seseorang bertanya, “haruskah anak anda menjadi ilmuwan?” pertanyaan tersebut telah di tanggapi oleh Dr. Edward Teller, yaitu seorang profesor terkemuka di negara Amerika, professor menjawab, “Seorang anak tidak memerlukan pikiran yang bekerja dengan cepat untuk menjadi seorang ilmuwan, dia juga tidak memerlukan ingatan yang luar biasa, juga tidak perlu mempunyai nilai yang sangat tinggi di sekolah. Satu-satunya yang patut di perhitungkan adalah seorang anak harus mempunyai minat yang tinggi dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan.”
Minat dan semangat adalah factor terpenting dalam ilmu pengetahuan. Dengan sikap positif, optimis, dan kooperatif, seseorang dengan IQ 100 akan menghasilkan lebih banyak prestasi, akan mendapat penghargaan lebih besar dan mencapai sukses lebih besar dibandingkan dengan individu yang memiliki IQ 120, tapi dia negatife, pesimis, tidak kooperatif dan tidak memiliki semangat dalam ilmu pengetahuan.

Mengapa beberapa orang yang cerdas justru gagal?
Saya mempunyai seseorang teman, tanpa harus saya sebutkan namanya. saya sudah berteman dengan dia selama 10 tahun. Dia termasuk orang yang pintar dan jenius, dia mempunyai kecerdasaan yang tinggi di atas rata-rata pada umumnya dan yang jelas lebih cerdas dari saya. Tetapi maaf, menurut saya dia merupakan teman yang paling gagal yang pernah saya temukan. Pekerjaannya sangat biasa (karena takut dengan tanggung jawab). Dia tidak menikah (karena banyak perkawinan berakhir dengan perceraian). Dia mempunyai teman yang sedikit (Karena banyak orang lain yang membosankan bagi dia). Dia tidak pernah berinvestasi uang untuk sesuatu hal tertentu (Karena dia takut kehilangan uangnya).
Teman saya ini menggunakan kekuatan otaknya yang luar biasa untuk membuktikan mengapa segala sesuatu tidak akan berhasil, dan bukan mengarahkan kekuatan mentalnya untuk mencari cara-cara berhasil. Karena pemikiran negatif yang menuntun kemampuan otaknya yang luar biasa, makanya saya katakana dia orang cerdas yang gagal. Seandainya sikap dia berubah, dia dapat melakukan hal-hal yang besar, karena dia mempunyai kecerdasaan yang luar biasa untuk menjadi orang yang sangat sukses. Namun tidak demikian, dia tidak mempunyai kekuatan berpikir.

Indeed, intellectual, emotional as well as power to love are relatively important. However, the most important is to know how to love. Love the things you do and love the people around you. With that, you will have the motivation to learn how to make things better, and you will have the heart to tolerate more unfairness. Education does not teach us about these, there may be some mentioning about it but no empahsize.
