How The Concept Of Your Life

Every human being generally needs a job to fulfil the life of himself and his family, either working with others or working independently (entrepreneur). But not everyone can get a job that matches the passion they have. It usually happens because of circumstances or because of leadership.

For many people, striving to find their purpose in life can resemble a similar winding quest, filled with many twists and wrong turns. Some blindly follow passions that aren’t based in reality, then wind up feeling discouraged when their dreams don’t materialize. Others resign themselves to careers that bring them money and status, but aren’t fulfilling. In both cases, over time, their sense of purpose can begin to fade. source

To understand what we have been doing, let's look at a concept from Japan called IKIGAI that is a concept of thinking to understand a reason for living.

It’s easiest to think about ikiagi as an intersection, the common ground between:
What you love
What you care about
What the world needs
What you can get paid for.
source

When someone is too insistent just want to do what he likes, but at all baseball can make money sufficient for his life, it's just as silly.

If we do that we love and we master it, it is called passion.

If we do that we love and according to what many people need, it is called mission.

If we do that we master it and we get paid for it, it's called the profession.

If we do that we get paid for it and according to what many people need, it is called work/vocation.

If we do that we love, we master it, and we get paid for it, then we will feel satisfied, but also there are feelings baseball useful. Because we do baseball in accordance with what is needed many people.

The word ikigai is usually used to indicate the source of value in one's life or the things that make one's life worthwhile. Secondly, the word is used to refer to mental and spiritual circumstances under which individuals feel that their lives are valuable. It's not linked to one's financial status Even if a person feels that the present is dark, but they have a goal in mind, they may feel ikigai. Behaviours that make us feel ikigai are not actions we are forced to take—these are natural and spontaneous actions. source

If we do that we love, we master it, and in accordance with what many people need, then we will be satisfied, happy to feel useful. But baseball can make enough money to meet our life needs.

If we do that we love, as many people need, and we get paid for it, then we will be happy, excited. But always anxious, because we baseball mastered what we do.

If we do that as many people need, we get paid for it, and we master it, then we will feel comfortable. But also feel empty, there are less because we do not love that we do. And if it all cuts, that is, if we do that we love, as many people need, we master it, and we get paid for it ... that's what IKIGAI is called.

To find ikigai, we need to visit and travel deep into ourselves.

As we live our lives according to our respective beliefs, we will live healthy, sane, happy lives.

Is your work in line with your agreement?

Or actually your job so far only limited you get paid, but you do not love baseball you do, you baseball master, and baseball in accordance with what is needed.

Do what you love and love what you do! Thank you for the great text, I didn't know about Ikigai, but I'm definitely going to be researching that a bit more. Needed that ground floor and you gave it to me, so thank you!

Here I'm seeing Ikigai again. I was telling a client about it last Thursday when I had to show him the image you interestingly used.

Reason for being supercedes reason for doing.

Thank you for reiterating a thought
