Steem on the rise?

Hi Steemit Friends,

Just received an alert that Steem has gone up nearly 18% while the rest of the market hasn't moved or some are in the red. There has been no news why this is going up but Steem and SBD have both gone up respectively.

It will be a blessing that Steem recovers back to what was used to at $1 but chances of that are slim. Heading towards 20c would be a more realistic target for this year. What is causing this jump in price?
