I'm taking suggestions for some card art to get started on. Art can take a surprisingly long time to get put together especially when you're dealing in bulk purchases. I'd like for the community to put some common monster requests in below. These can be mythological in nature, they can be unique designs, they can be stuff from other games that we can make our own versions of. Trick for me is to have a lot of card art ready to go. So, I'm crowd sourcing some commons!
What to do
In the comments below please choose a faction the monster is in, give it a name, and get a piece of art from somewhere in the world. Don't make this the most awesomeist beast of all time. This is currently just for commons.
Example
Red, Charlyx the Hunter, a fire scorpion in the arid wastelands feeding on beasts foolish enough to cross it's path.
I'd like to see the dropbear get a spot in the green team.
Happily they cut the footage short to avoid further traumatising this guy's family.

He'd make a good common, as they're getting more common, particularly around Katoomba.
Lots of tourists who don't smell like vegemite and forget to look up.

Don't forget the mutant Kangaroo that packs a mean punch and uses its signature headlock to suffocate enemies

Not sure he's common though. We could have the common dropbear, the rare mutant roo, the epic thylacine and the legendary burrunjor (vicious T-rex type creature reported to early settlers by Victorian locals).

I love the idea of a scorpion character but instead of fire I have 2 suggestions:
Name: "Fear" the Stinger
a) Life element, perhaps a white colour with a shiny silvery stinger.
Special skill - Venom Regen - does life drain from an acid sting.
b) Earth element, dark green or brown colour with a bright coloured blue/green/orange stinger.
Special skill: acid sting - does venom damage to opponent over time.
I think the life character fits with being a tank as it could have high armour stats due to its exoskeleton and long durability due to life drain. The earth element is just a secondary suggestion lol.
If you're looking for monsters, look no further than this one. Dwells in the swamp, has +3 wiping skills, and can turn enemies to stone with her face. Is accompanied by bumbling side-kick named Bill who can be easily distracted by female interns and has +1 cigar skills.

I think you could add a WARG like creature to either the RED OR BLACK teams! I have my own character his name is KONA RED... You could do something along those lines and make him fit the part (art wise)!!
