Steeming on with Steempark
Hey everyone! Big update: We're well on our way in executing STEEMPARK and our official fabrication collaborators are already producing our custom furniture. We'll have more pictures and video of the making process throughout the next few weeks but for now, we want to give you a bit of insight into the fabulous fabricators of the world's first crypto-park.
A05 was officially formed earlier this year by founders Brian Chu and Conor Coghlan. Architects by training, these two have a knack for design and especially have a keen eye for precise making. Conor became a Youtube figure with his iconic video “How to Make a Chair” and their Youtube Channel now follows the partners through their ongoing projects. They're insightful, informative, and most of all, super fun and cool dudes.
I ( @hansikhouse here) have known the two for a number of years now as we all attended graduate school together. @Voronoi and I are super excited to have this all-star team onboard as their past projects clearly attest to their skill and innovation. What even MORE EXCITING is their enthusiasm for Steemit when we introduced the platform to them. You'll definitely be seeing more from these guys in the coming weeks as we nudge them for their Introduceyourself post!
Design-wise, these two have some awesome ideas for the planters and benches. We're keeping the design hush hush as a surprise but trust us, this collaboration will bring STEEMPARK to a whole new level.
Update on the date! Steempark's “soft-launch” will be on June 29 from 6-8 in Herbert von King Park. We'll have a more official and dedicated launch in mid-July. If you can come out, please do!!
