Hi everyone, just got a short vacation for awhile to rest somehow. So here is my short getaway on the weekend and I just spend atleast 3k overnight. It was a great weekend since there are no people and you can enjoy the place yourself.
So for the weekend, I've gone to South of Cebu City, Philippines, specifically in Liloa-an. Well I just scan through the internet which place to go for a quick vacay and gotcha I found Ibabaw Mountain Resort. Because this time, I want to go somewhere not in the city and in the beach, want a solemn getaway with mountains.
A pool in the mountains, amazing. It's very ideal to go there during weekdays, since the pool is not that big and that there are only few people who can go there on weekdays. Luckily my Rest Day is on a weekday sched. We own the pool during the night, we were the only ones who took the overnight.
Overseeing the city is such an an amazing view and very relaxing, it's like going on a retreat.
HERE'S HOW TO GET THERE!
From Cebu City
📍Ride 13C at University of San Carlos Main Campus or at Colon then tell the driver to stop you at Tintay.
📍From Tintay Jeepney Terminal, ride a tricycle going to Canduman.
📍When you are already at Canduman, you have to pass by the overpass for you to cross highway and ride a jeepney. Tell the driver to stop you by Yati Elementary School. The driver will stop you somewhere in Yati, then ask someone there where to ride going to Ibabaw Mountain Resort and they will guide you.
Entrance Fees
If you will use the facilities for a day only, you have to pay for an entrance charge, but it is free if you stay overnight (or longer) in any of their houses. Here are the details when you come and use the facilities..

Good for 4 occupants for bed, but can fit in with
atleast 15, well they will be on the floor usimg
mattress.
It comes with a kitchen, a receiving room (sala)
with a ceiling fan and a refrigerator.

Bahay Kubo (native house)
It has a room with a high ceiling and a cozy bed
with a mosquito screen above it ready for use. It
has a mini refrigerator and a flat screen TV.

Ocean-View Room
Air-conditioned room good for 2 only. It has a
refrigerator also overlooking the ocean.
