Since I started my working life in 2011, most of the job that I worked is considered ground work, which is no need much of leadership, just obey to instruction and get the job done. So most of the time I do not really understand and feels the hardest thing of become a leader.

But now at this moment, I finally knew that become a leader is really really really

HARD

This year July, I got a job as a warehouse supervisor for a courier service company. I accepted this job because of the salary is better from previously and the job is direct vacant so that I will not have gapnin between because I do really need money for living.

Before hand, let me tell you, I never success to become a leader. When I am appoint to be leader, I always messed up my job and make things worst. So most of the time I try to be a follower rather than leader. Another words, I am always working in my own comfort zone.

At the starting of the job, I do try using my own way to give the best space for my ground staff so that they can have comfort way to do job. This is because I do understand the hard part of ground staff, earn little and need do a lot of things. So I am trying my best to get all the benefit for my ground staff and hope they can produce better work and give the best outcome for work.

But it turns out different, I just found out when you give too much good things, it makes them feel too comfort and the work result is not that good. This is what happened when you do good things and people dont appreciate it but take it for granted. It is really a sad day for me as all my hard work turn the things different.

But ya, I do understand that I lack experience in this line and ground stuff really thought that I cannot lead them. So this time I decided not to give up but give it a try for one to two years. It is the time for me to jump out from the comfort zone and go for the next level.

I know its hard, but i think it will be worth it to give it a try.
