howdy sir vladcracium! whoa man, this was a delightful post to read and see and learn about the area and the people, the "drinking village" I would call it! lol. and "Laziness at its finest." in the hammock sounds like such a relaxing winner, I loved it.
I'd love to go there sometime, are you going again next year?
Thanks a lot.
Uh, well, I don't even know what I'm about to do next week. My hopes and dreams are that next year I'll be wandering South America. Who knows?
howdy sir vladcracium on this fine Thursday! well that is interesting..you mean you can afford to just take off and travel all over the world when you feel like it?
I wish. Technically, I could, because I work as a mountain guide and I'm a freelance writer, so I'm flexible and only need my laptop and an internet connection.
But then, I don't yet make enough money to be able to travel the world. So, yeah. I wish one day I could do that. I'm working to create myself a life which will allow me to travel for about 3 months a year. Every year.
I'm the slow type of traveler and I love to stay in one place more than a few days and only tick the must-see touristic spots. I'd rather go to less touristic places and try to understand life from a local's perspective.
