「探店」牛水煮 #2

接下来介绍一下牛水煮的小吃，我指的“小吃”也包括了一两道热菜，实际上也都算是小吃。

桂花紫薯羹

如果你喜欢吃甜点，那么我强烈推荐你点这道桂花紫薯羹。它不仅是外表诱人，味道同样很好。

品尝后我发现，这份紫薯羹比较天然，应该是除了紫薯的微甜外，并没有加入更多的糖分。

元气蒸饺

这家餐厅的蒸饺是肉馅的，里面还加了白菜和玉米粒，很浓郁的玉米味，味道很别致。

铁板豆腐

这份铁板豆腐是排名仅次于水煮牛肉的菜，我们都十分喜欢。

主材料是豆腐块，形状与臭豆腐相似，豆腐上面满是佐料，小米辣、芹菜、酸菜、香菜，豆腐外焦里嫩，辣味也刚刚合适，十分推荐。

锅巴土豆

从图片上可以看出，这份小吃拥有诱人的外表。不要看着分土豆这么多辣椒油，实际上它的味道以酸甜为主，很适合小朋友享用。

土豆块同样是外焦里嫩，焦的部分很香，内里却保留了土豆特有的清香感。

椰汁冰粉

这份甜点算是给我一个小惊喜吧，没想到这份冰粉能这么实在。

它由椰汁、冰粉、红豆、葡萄干、火龙果、苹果等食材构成，甜味适度，推荐。
