We just cannot do this, as we don't have the power to. Only you can get your delegation back. Maybe a typo in the link you used.

Hi. You do not appear in the delegators list of iVoted. You may get your SP back with a delay of 5 days.
Of course, cause I submitted the link you sent me...how fast to erase my name, but 5 days in getting it back, I guess I can wait...I won't be going anywhere...
I clicked on the link above where it says if you wanna delegate more or less. Right after I clicked that it says “error “
