Hi friends,

...with all the absolutely horrific designs for lunar pigs this year, i wonder why they didn’t use one for their designs that had a bit of personality?

Who says spirit animals don’t exist?

If you are 24, 36, 48 or 60 years old this year then this little piggy ⤴️ could be you! 😁🤣😂

For my own part, i am a ‘Year of the Dog’ so my spirit animal might be some other kind of mischief. Perhaps like-a-this:

2019 is the year of the pig too, so the Lunar pig design is so appropriate. The new sets start 2020. I think then that I will be able to start collecting a Lunar set... finally!

I’m on the fence for the Lunar series... The dragon was great, but committing to sheep, rats and pigs just to complete a full set gives me pause. I think i’d much rather cherry pick the good ones and work on series like the privateer for example. Bit with that being said, the full 12 coin set does look pretty sweet.
