The official 'Grumpy Cat Limited' that just prevailed in the copyright infringement suit against the coffee company 'Grumpyccino' (or whatever) is certainly on the legal 'war path' now ... If they found out our fecal feline became a whale here, then they lay claim to his 'borrowed' identity which largely lent to his undeserved initial perceived credibility ...
