STEMng Digest: Don't be a troll

in #stemnglast year
Authored by @gentleshaid

The internet provides a levelled playing ground for everyone, irrespective of their status. You could be interacting with the most influential person on earth behind the keyboard without knowing. This has good and bad sides.

Being a levelled playing ground, the internet has fertilized the growth of some people while posing as a barren piece of land for some. The difference is often in human habits. Some take the opportunity to troll and abuse given any slight disagreement while many show their good upbringing by politely disagreeing on issues and calmly passing their counter-arguments.

In this era of free speech, being a troll does not require much effort.

But, will you rather be one?

Welcome to another edition of STEMng.

Who are we?

STEMng is the Nigerian sub-community of the stemsocial community, a community that has been supporting stem authors on the hive blockchain for about four years now. While stemsocial focuses on everyone irrespective of their country, STEMng is specifically for Nigerians. The best stem contents published by Nigerians on the Hive blockchain are highlighted weekly.
