I would nationalise the MIC then shut 85% of it down, close 85% of all offshore military bases, decommission 66% of the armed forces and equipment and intelligence agencies including the NSA. That would save at least the $12 I would otherwise have to borrow. Then I would decommission 75% of federal govt and use the $avings to extinguish the debt that the rotten federal govt lumbered the country with.
