Felix with his arms folded around his chest, stood up quickly from his seat as if been bitten by an ant. He floundered helplessly, "see Tunde, that one that always come to me then, for food, he is now a CBN Governor, Living a very comfortable life with his family, not to mention, Duke, Femi and Victor are all doing great", Felix thought aloud... Hmm, what a life! (he exclaimed).

Felico! Felico!, a voice called out from a distance, (Felix here, was lost in thought). The voice seemed to be getting more closer and louder, Felix turned, in a brand new Range Rover was Oscar. Felico! Oscar called out again to be sure if it was truly Felix.
Oscar! Felix cried out, at this point Oscar was already out of his car, with smiles on their faces they hugged and shook each other, Longest time! (both exclaimed), at this time, they were both in early 60`s...
In their university days, Oscar was Felix's junior colleague in the Faculty of Environmental Science, University of Calabar. Felix, popularly called Felico, was very known both in his faculty and Outside. Felix, a tall, handsome guy was admired by all (both students' and lecturers). He had a very charming looks that made girls flock around him as a celebrity, he had a good oratory and oh! He was very intelligent.
Born with a silver spoon, he had all he ever wanted. He always drove to school with his Dad's car, flexed with his guys, lavished money as it pleased him, changed girls every week, spent his weekend's clubbing & getting himself intoxicated.
Duke, Femi, Victor and Tunde were his boys, who looked to him for survival in school. Life was good with Felix, as a first class student, he never joked with his studies even with all his pleasurable life, there was a thick line between his studies and pleasure.
Felico! (Femi called out) "i hear say those JJC girls in yr1 dey trip for you", Felix smiled knowing that he had fishes to catch.
He just couldn't help it when ever he saw 'anything on skirt', like a bird released from a cage, his urge for sex increases at a sight of big boobs and ass, "Girls are the most beautiful creature on earth... i have all it takes to get them on bed, that is all they can Offer" he says confidently. After all,life is about enjoyment and pleasures.
At the time he was in his final year, Felix was no more the Felix people knew. He was carried away by pleasures of life, flexing, clubbing, girls etcetera, he began to slack in his studies, all advice from his friends fell on deaf ears, as "who cares", became the code name. Final year exams was around the corner, Felix was no where to be found near school. He now had new clique of friends.
Finally! Exams is here, excitement filled the air, "i'll soon be a graduate", said his colleagues. Exams started smoothly, the 1st and 2nd day passed. On the 3rd day Felix was caught with text book in exams hall, what! the hall divided into two and was encroached with murmurs by students', "what would have gotten into him? ", some asked.
He was asked to leave the exams hall. Suddenly, all the girls that were awed by his intelligence began to watch him with disdain as he left the hall... He was rusticated for years. During this years, his Dad passed on and he was left alone to fend for himself. Meanwhile, his friends both colleagues and junior had graduated and were all Living well. He started his life from the scratch. "pleasure! Pleasure!", he cried out, i had tarnished my name and reputation, wasted my years all in the name of "reaching for the glowing not knowing it was rust"... Oscar held him as he groaned painfully.
