Coffee is a loyal friend who always gives inspiration for the steemian. Kopi adalah sahabat setia yang selalu memberi Inspriasi buat para steemian. Bersama seduhan air panas dan menghamburkan kafein ke rongkong,darah , syaraf dan lalu otak dapat mencairkan ide-ide cemerlang yang membeku sehingga melahirkan gagasan- gagasan baru dalam berkarya dan membuat karya mengalir lancar, dan juga membuat mata kita tetap melek tidak kantuk untuk begadang itulah salah satu alasan saya mencintai kopi dan ini juga alasan saya mengatakan Kopi awal dari inspirasi para sahabat steemian. Saya memang bukan penulis namun saya tak ingin terlarut dalam filosofi kopi yang kadang susah untuk kita dipahami. Saya hanya orang awam yang tidak terlalu mengerti filosofi kopi, saya hanya penikmat rasa manis kopi dan pahit.

1. Robusta/Kupi Ulee Kareng
Robusta memiliki ciri khas yaitu tingkat kafein lebih tinggi, antara 1,7% hingga 4 % itu sebabnya kopi jenis ini lebih pahit, dan kopi jenis ini biasanya dibudidayakan didaerah yang memiliki ketinggian 1000 M dari permukaan laut dan didaerah suhu nya lebih rendah sehingga Robusta lebih cepat panen dari pada Arabika.
Robusta ini juga biasa disebutkan dengan Kupi Ulee Kareeng ialah nama salah satu kecamatan di Banda Aceh. Teman-teman saya di Banda Aceh banyak mengatakan belum lengkap rasanya perjalan kita ke Kota Banda Aceh sebelum mampir dan mencicipi kopi disana (Ulee Kareng). Salah satu ciri khas/karakteristik Arabika/kopi Ulee Kareng warna kopi nya yang sangat pekat dan kental.
2. Arabika/Kupi Gayo
Jenis Kopi Gayo /Arabika kopi yang umumnya dibudidayakan di wilayah dataran tinggi sperti Takengon, Aceh Tenggara, Gayo Lues, dan disebagian daerah di Kabupaten Pidie yaitu daerah Tangse, Geumpang. Kopi Arabika bijinya agak besar dan warna hijau gelap.
Kopi Arabika adalah kopi yang paling dominan didaerah gayo yang dibudidayakan oleh para petani di tanah Gayo. Produksi Kopi Arabika yang dihasilkan petani kopi dari Tanah Gayo merupakan yang terbesar di Asia, Kopi Gayo salah satu kopi khas Indonesia asal Aceh yang banyak di minati dan digemari oleh pecinta kopi dari berbagai kalangan di bumi Nusantara bahkan didunia sekalipun. Kopi Gayo/arabika khas dengan Aroma yang dimemilikinya dan rasa yang sangat khas. Kebanyakan rasa kopi rasa pahitnya masih tertinggal di lidah kita tapi tidak demikian dengan kopi Gayo. Rasa pahitnya hampir tidak terasa pada kopi Gayo, Cita rasa kopi Gayo yang Original terdapat pada aroma kopi tersebut yang harum dan rasa gurihnya hampir tidak ada rasa pahit.

Alasan saya mengatakan “Kopi Sahabat Para Steemian" karena karakter-karakter yang di miliki oleh pecinta kopi itu sendiri sangat cocok dengan sahabat – sahabat steemians :
1. Tahan banting/Tangguh
Mereka tidak menyerah dalam berkarya walaupun hasil karya-karyanya cuman dianggap sampah tidak bernilai, Steemians yang memiliki karakter ini pasti tidak akan pernah berhenti berkarya hanya karna anggapan atau kritikan negatif orang lain.
2. Pekerja Keras
Para steemian yang pekerja keras pasti sangat mengandalkan kopi sebagai sahabat setianya dalam berkarya untuk buat mata tidak mudah kantuk agar tetap kosentrasi dalam menyelesaikan karya – karya cermelang yang penuh dengan kreativitas.
3. Si Petualang
Pecinta kopi bukanlah tipe orang yang selalu ingin berada di zona nyaman mereka pasti selalu mencari hal-hal baru yang menantang. Buat mereka tantangan adalah bahan bakar untuk membuat hidup lebih berwarna sama dengan karakter para seniman-seniman atau steemians hebat, selalu ingin mencari hal-hal baru sebagai objek dalam mereka berkreativitas dalam berkarya Sisi petualangan inilah yang menjadi nilai tambah si pecinta kopi. Bersama mereka, hidup tidak akan pernah terasa membosankan.
