Today I visited one of the syrup production sites in Matang Glumpang Dua, Aceh. This business belongs to Mrs.putri and has been run for several years. I would like to know more about the steps to produce the syrup, Handing me over time to ask and get information about this business.
Hari ini Saya berkunjung ke salah satu tempat produksi sirup di daerah Matang Glumpang Dua, Aceh. Usaha ini milik ibu Putri dan sudah dijalankan selama beberapa tahun belakangan. Saya tertarik untuk mengetahui lebih banyak tentang langkah-langkah yang dilakukan untuk memproduksi sirup, sehingga saya menyempatkan diri selama beberapa menit untuk bertanya dan menggali informasi tentang bisnis ini.
Syrup is one type of sweetener beverage produced by water and sugar boiling process. At first we must provide a container or frying pan for boiling process. Then put the sugar and heat for a few minutes above normal fire temperature. Sugar that has begun to melt in a stir evenly, so we can add enough water. Then for the next process, we can add sucrose and fluid taste in accordance with the desired. After this process is done, dispose of this sweet liquid to cool down.
Sirup adalah salah satu jenis pemanis minuman yang di hasilkan melalui proses perebusan air dan gula. Mula-mula kita harus menyiapkan wadah atau wajan untuk proses perebusan. Kemudian masukkan gula ke dalamnya dan panaskan selama beberapa menit di atas suhu api yang normal. Gula yang sudah mulai mencair di aduk secara merata, agar tidak terlalu kental kita bisa menambahkan air secukupnya. Kemudian untuk proses selanjutnya, kita bisa menambahkan sukrosa dan cairan rasa sesuai dengan yang di inginkan. Setelah proses ini selesai biarkan cairan manis ini mendingin.
For the packaging process, Mrs. Putri has prepared glass bottles in large quantities. These bottles are washed first until completely clean. Then the clean bottle is dry with a cloth. Becuse this is a family business, Mrs Putri does not need employees, and She is helped by her daughter. The syrup was ready to be packed in the bottle, She does not forget to use branded stickers to ensure to the customer that the syrup are really trusted.
Untuk proses pengemasan, ibu putri sudah menyiapkan botol kaca dalam jumlah banyak. Botol-botol ini di cuci terlebih dahulu sampai benar-benar bersih. Kemudian botol yang sudah bersih di keringkan dengan menggunakan kain. Karena ini merupakan usaha keluarga, ibu putri tidak membutuhkan karyawan, melainkan dia dibantu oleh anaknya sendiri. Sirup yang sudah di olah tadi sudah siap untuk dikemas di dalam botol, tidak lupa ibu putri menempel stiker branded untuk memastikan kepada pelanggan bahwa sirup yang mereka benar-benar terpercaya.
Syrup is in great demand by every society. In addition to more soluble compared with sugar, syrup is available with a variety of flavors and aromas. Syrup usually enjoyed in moments of togetherness, whether with family, friends, co-workers. Syrup also become the mainstay of every snack place to remove the thirst and spicy of their loyal customers.
Sirup ini sangat diminati oleh setiap kalangan masyarakat. Selain lebih mudah larut dibandingkan dengan gula pasir, sirup tersedia dengan berbagai rasa dan aroma. Sirup biasanya dinikmati di moment-moment kebersamaan, baik dengan keluarga, teman, rekan kerja. Sirup juga menjadi salah satu andalan tiap tempat jajanan untuk menghilangkan rasa haus dan pedas para pelanggan setianya.
