A boy about two or three years old stared helplessly with fear and tears dripping from his red eyes. He looked on as big stroke of swords slashed around cutting people down. He could not make out what he saw clearly as all he saw were the strokes and people falling down. He couldn’t differentiate if it was his people being attacked or if he were the one doing the attacking though he had a kind of sense that his people were the one most being struck down. Almost immediately he felt a presence at his right side. He struggled to look at his side to see who it was b he was almost shocked to see a man raise his sword ready to strike him. He could not move as he watched the sword coming down at him and just as it was about to hit him he saw a sword coated with chakra cut through the man stomach from the back. Blood tripped from his mouth as he fell on his knees.
“sis-sister” was the young boy could mutter. `
“Akihiko” a young girl about 11 said as she clutched a sword in her arm with another one round her.
Immediately she swiped a sword at his direction cutting down a man who was about to strike her brother. Immediately she swept him from the floor into her hands as she looked around her for a moment trying to assess the situation. She saw that her clan perished and that it was useless trying to fight further so he darted into the bush but not without two men following her. Without looking back she swept her sword behind her slicing the men that followed her. As she ran further into the bush she became aware of the growing number of people that followed her. She ran further into the bush but as she felt the number increasing around her. Before long one caught up to her and as he was about to strike her she stroke her sword at him cutting him down. Before long she was in the midst of ninja trying to fight her way through with one hand while clenching her brother with the second hand.
“You should stop now Akinya” a man with stripes of blue on his face said.
Immediately Akinya heard the voice she froze immediately as she struggled to look at him.
“You should stop now, your whole clan is destroyed” he said as he smiled coyly.
“Hand over the Tsumugari and I might let you and your brother live.”
“You would not get your hand on the sword” Akinya replied kind of sharply ashe clenched on the sword around her shoulder tightly.
“My ancestors spent their life protecting it.
“The sword! You think the Tsumugari is just a sword”
“Do you even know what the Tsumugari can do if unleashed”
“You are right the Tsumugari is not just a sword” Akinya said as he threw her sword on the floor. She pushed her hand backwards as she gripped the Tsumugari in a wielding position all the while holding Akihiko with her left arm.
“What do you think you want to do”
“Do you think you can wield it” The blues stripped face man said as Akinya took a fighting position.
Akinya moved a step forward and almost suddenly thrust the sword in her belly.
