1. The Ambrose Small Theater
The first case belongs to the Canadian theater magnate Ambrose Small. Living in the early decades of the twentieth century, this man became famous for owning most of the theaters in Eastern Canada.
He has a dream life with a well-off wife - inherited a brewery from his father. However, Ambrose Small's personality is not easy at all, he loves gambling, passionate and discriminating the poor.
In 1919, Ambrose unexpectedly made a difficult decision, selling all of his possessions and earning $ 1.7 million (about 34 billion VND at the current exchange rate). After this incident, he suddenly disappeared, without a trace. The strange thing is that the money is still intact, with no signs of looting.
Ambrose's wife became the No. 1 suspect, but due to lack of evidence she was proven to be clean. In an attempt to find the theater mogul, Canadian police resorted to spiritualists, but did not get results.
Ambrose's disappearance was documented in the 1960s with the theory that he had lost his memory and was invisible to everyone. For Ambrose's money, it was donated to the church.
2 Lizzie Borden
Many people believe in the chorus: "Lizzie Borden holds the ax, and she hits 40 on her mother," and "when she saw what she did, she hit on her father 41 mines."
However, the assassinations of Abby and Andrew Borden remain unknown until now.
In 1892, 32-year-old American woman Lizzie Borden was accused of murdering her stepmother's father in her home.
The housekeeper attests that Lizzie screams that her father was killed shortly after he returned home.
His body was found on the couch in the living room, and a few minutes later, the maid found the body of Lizzie's stepmother in the upstairs bedroom.
Lizzie was arrested on suspicion of the death of two people, even though some people say that the maid may be behind the crime.
Lizzie was jailed for 10 months, but that same year, the judge acquitted her because there was not enough evidence.
After that, an 'ax without a handle' was found in the basement of the Borden house, and new documents have recently been cleared up. But the real killer in this case is still a mystery.
3 Boy in the box
The mysterious story of the "boy in the box" that haunts and frightens: a kidnapped kid, beaten to death in a suspicious box in Philadelphia on Feb. 25. / 1957.
But there is no information or hypothesis concerning identity or any question.
Many years later, the case was put on the US television investigation program, but then did not go to where. His body was dug up for investigation in 1998.
