Once upon a time a young intelligent man graduated from a University in Nigeria and joined a company in the oil and gas sector .He was diligent and hard working and these qualities endeared him to his colleagues who became his friends and could do anything to protect his interest.

His boss took note of him, promoted him until he made him his executive Assistant in the office.

This young man among other gifts has a very strong music talent . At a stage in his career the young man decided to try out his hobby and recorded a song in the studio . The song made a record hit on radio and tv stations . This music breathrough threaned his boss who saw his stardom as a distraction to the loyalty the young man gave to him. In other to manage him, the boss offered to become his sponsor but did that in false pretence as he never wanted to loose the boy's services.

A day came when the young man wanted to resign from the company in search of a green pasture but his boss held him back and requested him to pay back all he has given him. Now he has mortgaged his future as he can no longer pay back the money he didnt borrow.

WHY ARE NIGERIAN BOSSES SELFISH?
