Cette avenue du 13^ème arrondissement de Paris offre depuis quelques années une nouvelle image avec des constructions très modernes et osées.
Leur spécificité est qu'elles sont construites au-dessus des voies arrivant ou partant de la gare d'Austerlitz.
Une façon de trouver de la place, là où il n'y en avait pas.
