Thanks for calling in, it all depends on your taste of course and how you are going to brew it - the Brazilian Yellow Bourbon is good for espresso or drip/filter aeropress. Rwanda is popular for drip brewing, as is the the Colombian Flor Del Diserto - although they are very fruity coffee's so might be a bit too overpowering as espresso. Costa Rican is a good all rounder - but it really just depends on your own taste.

I'll have a look. I've had the Hive coffee a few times and want to try something else.
No way did you just recommend that one 🤣
This arrived a couple of days ago...
Will be asking for a suggestion next time as I am looking for something very specific...
Extremely high altitude, medium roast and ideally organic. If that ain't working for what is available at that time, not a problem, that is a very specific choice for one cup a day, there will always be plenty of other beans in my regimen lol.
I have never had a blend I didn't utterly love and the beans always smell so bloody amazing
the cool valve bags you use always give an awesomely aromatic sneak peak, which is invaluable when I am not ready to open the bag but really looking forward to it.
I always think to myself that I wish you were closer to me, your shed filled with the amazing fragrances would be my ideal place to work... Presumptive? Naaaah, I would always offer an empoyer in a job I really wanted a free trial and no one would ever let me go after having me in their employ 😂😁🤣
