I know, I know. You Midwest folk are looking at my pitiful snow accumulation and judging me for not having real snow. 😂🤣 It’s OK. I would be judgy too! However, in Seattle this stuff is a top story!

I am REALLY HOPING it keeps snowing all night. I want to wake up in the morning and see the road covered. Covered road means working from home.
And I really want to stay home!!!☺️

Living just North over the border from you we just got our first few mm of snow this winter, beautiful.
This is our first too. It actually accumulated a decent amount over night. It is windy and -5C (25F). Looks like all the snow has frozen. I am happy to be staying home today. ☺️

I love it too! I am staying home. I was SOOOO happy to wake up and see the road covered and everyone freaking out. It’s the best!
How’s your place? We have a couple inches. Nearby there are spots with 5-8. I think we miss out a bit since we are pretty close to the water.
I would say we got about 2 to 3 inches total but it looks like only about an inch on the roads. Everywhere else you can see about 2 to 3. There are kids sledding down the alley behind our apartment!
It seemed we had lots more snow when I was a child and of course we loved it, because it normally meant school would be closed.
Through my adult years, I thought we really didn't have that much. A time or two a winter there would be some, but no big amounts, maybe a rare decent snow once every few years.
Over the past few years though, we have had significant snow storms, not frequent but deep for what our norm and been for years. I always think it is beautiful, but it is not so fun as an adult if you have to drive in it and don't like too.

Bbbrrrrrr freezing snow! We have avoided the worst so far, but there is plenty of time last year we had a good covering of snow over easter!
