There are many intangible benefits to sungazing, in this post I will give a brief overview to assure you that this is a real thing, and there is no threat or danger to you, only unlimited love. Removal of those fears you have, is step one. Fear is false. It's not true. It's False Evidence. The False Evidence APPEARS REAL, which is why our mind makes it seems oh so scary, and we feel afraid... but it was all false evidence, only Appearing Real, to us.
