You are so right there with newbies giving up due to not being noticed. Some feel steemians are stingy with upvote even if the content took a lot of stress for them to come up with while some back out. Been a while here on steemit and so far, though have not been upvoted by a whale before, m of the opinion that steemit isn't just about money, it's more about being open to new ideas, meet people all over the world, share ideas and innovations which someday gonna pay you big time. Many thanks to whales supporting minnows and @jasonabejero thanks for letting me on where I can get inspiration for content @stemgigs.
