Nuestras maravillosas manos
Hola a todos mis Hivers. Me siento hoy muy contenta con deseos de comentarles de una parte de nuestro cuerpo que son vitales y a las cuales por el mismo ajetreo que llevamos, no le damos a veces la debida importancia, ni los cuidados que ellas tanto se merecen porque son muy útiles. Se trata de nuestras imprescindibles manos. Y siendo honesta con todos ustedes yo soy un desastre con mis pobres manos, casi siempre me corto, me quemo y pare de contar. Mi hija siempre está diciéndome "mami por favor, no seas tan rústica" y de verdad tiene mucha razón.
Hello to all my Hivers. Today I am very happy to tell you about a part of our body that are vital and to which by the same hustle and bustle that we carry, sometimes we do not give due importance, or care that they deserve so much because they are very useful. We are talking about our indispensable hands. And to be honest with all of you, I am a disaster with my poor hands, I almost always cut myself, burn myself and stop counting. My daughter is always telling me "mommy please don't be so rough" and she is really right.
Por las razones antes expuestas les escribo acerca de esto, porque estoy determinada a tratarlas mejor, ser más cuidadosas con ellas, por eso también me estoy echando cremita para mantenerlas bien suaves e hidratadas, pues son muchas las tareas que llevamos a cabo con nuestras manos.
For the reasons stated above I am writing about this, because I am determined to treat them better, to be more careful with them, that's why I am also putting cream to keep them soft and moisturized, because there are many tasks that we carry out with our hands.
Con ellas tocamos, agarramos, sujetamos, manipulamos, hacemos cosas más sutiles y delicadas como acariciar, sentir. Gracias a ellas podemos experimentar muchas sensaciones agradables, me ha pasado que acabo de conocer a alguien y al darle la mano siento sensaciones agradables, y también he sentido en oportunidades sensación de rechazo. Dado que le damos tanto uso a nuestras manos ¿no seria justo y apropiado que las cuidaramos más?
With them we touch, grasp, hold, manipulate, do more subtle and delicate things like caressing, feeling. Thanks to them we can experience many pleasant sensations, it has happened to me that I have just met someone and when I shake hands with them I feel pleasant sensations, and I have also felt at times a sense of rejection. Since we use our hands so much, wouldn't it be fair and appropriate to take more care of them?
No olvidemos que Las manos pueden realizar actividades sumamente delicadas y precisas, como enhebrar una aguja, tocar un instrumento musical, escribir una carta, pintar un hermoso cuadro. Con nuestras manos podemos mandar un mensaje a un público como solicitar calma, reclamar un silencio, en fin las manos hasta pueden expresar rabia, dureza, ira cuando las utilizamos de forma agresiva, como cuando por ejemplo golpeamos una mesa.
Let's not forget that hands can perform extremely delicate and precise activities, such as threading a needle, playing a musical instrument, writing a letter, painting a beautiful picture. With our hands we can send a message to an audience such as requesting calm, claiming silence, in short hands can even express anger, harshness, rage when we use them aggressively, as when for example we hit a table.
Conociendo toda la importancia que ellas tienen deberíamos ser mucho mas cuidadosos y estar pendientes que lavarnos las manos constantemente, pues es la forma más eficaz de prevenir las enfermedades infecciosas y mantenernos saludables. Algo a lo que debemos prestar atención es que aproximadamente el 80% de las infecciones se contagian a través de las manos sucias. De allí que es muy importante lavarnoslas varias veces al día. Debemos hacerlo antes de preparar los alimentos, antes de comer, también debemos hacerlo antes de tocar una herida, luego de tocar un animal, ir al baño o cambiar pañales. Como verán debemos mantener nuestras manos lo más limpias posible.
Knowing all the importance that they have we should be much more careful and be aware that washing our hands constantly, because it is the most effective way to prevent infectious diseases and keep us healthy. Something we should pay attention to is that approximately 80% of infections are spread through dirty hands. That is why it is very important to wash them several times a day. We must do it before preparing food, before eating, we must also do it before touching a wound, after touching an animal, going to the bathroom or changing diapers. As you can see we must keep our hands as clean as possible.
Así que mis queridos Hivers queda de parte nuestra reflexionar a este respecto y cada uno de nosotros individualmente decidirá qué cuidados especiales debe dar a sus manos, ellas son maravillosas por eso los animo a que se la cuiden y le den el valor que requieren.
