Hello, foodies!
Yesterday morning we went to FX Sudirman, South Jakarta. There we felt hungry so we had an earlier lunch a.k.a brunch in one of the best Indonesian Food restaurant there.
Here how the restaurant looked like
It was still 11 am so we were the first arrived there.
The Dining Area
It had a quite large, clean and neat dining area. It was cozy to be there. Some tables were outside the restaurant, and only few inside.
The Menu
They has served Indonesian food here since 1988.
The Service
We ordered then waiting only 10-15 minutes to get our order delivered.

Mom ordered the Pecel with Empal (beef traditionally cooked) and of course rice.
They had the complete meal here. Pecel was kind of indonesian salad (contained boiled vegetables with authentic peanut paste), it had savory and sweet with a bit spicy flavour. They also put serundeng (made from coconut) tasted savory and sweet, a sunny side up egg, a piece of empal (traditionally cooked beef) which tasted sweet and savory, dried tempeh also tasted sweet and savory. All were great but mom didn't too much into their pecel. Also they put a shrimp cracker which was so crunchy and delicious!
I ordered one of my favorite dish, fried rice. I tried their new menu, Javanese Fried Rice.
It tasted so good, savory and a bit sweet, light but delicious and non greasy. They also served it with a thigh of fried chicken, abon (beef floss), teri medan goreng (fried small dried salted fish), and of course a shrimp cracker. All was so yummy! I loved it.
The Price
Altogether it was 89,135 IDR or around 6.05 USD.
