Mi micro huerto urbano ha dado fruto. Miren nomás qué tomatitos tan chulos. Ideales para una salsa hecha en casa al modo mexicano: en molcajete. Hacer salsas es un arte y recetas hay miles. Por falta de tiempo uno acaba por comprar una ya hecha. Pero lo real es que buenos ingredientes y un poco de tiempo hacen a la salsa casi un banquete en sí mismo: sólo es cosa de sumar una tortilla y listo. Cómo se nota que tengo hambre.
