What happen when all of our effort and character are being judge by other people?what i can confirm is There is a positive and negative effects. The main point here is how much will it effects to our feelings and what are the consequences? A lot of different method people may judge someone but today it is more about critics. Criticism is one of ways on how you may effect other people feelings.

Positive critics can lead to something better if the person who receive it take it positively and and vise versa. To make things easy to understand I choose one of the popular athletes to be my example as they are undeniably expose to many criticism all the time from a lot of people. We will discussed on how can this give effect to them personally and professionally. Lets choose the latest issue that involve an athlete who i think you may know because of his good performance or from his character in the last 2018 worldcup in Russia. NEYMAR JR

For people who follow the world cup 2018 tournament, they will aware of this story. Neymar Jr was being criticised heavily by the whole world because of his dramatic dive in the world class tournament. What make this worst even more for him is that this time the tournaments appplied new technologies called VAR which is use to see everything that is happening on the field even in slowmotion in different angle to tackle human error (reffferee decision). So, as you can see things is not that good for someone who wanted to cheat referee that day and unfortunately Neymar is one of them. Dramatic dive and unimaginable pain is what you will think when you check out the video later (if you haven’t watch it)

In my opinion, in the early stage, Neymar didn’t take this well because he is the favourite to win this match and for that he have a lot of temporary enemy (i hope just for world cup and not for club). They criticised neymar so much that everyone is talking about this. There is a lot of viral video online and even “meme”. Overall, on that tournament, many people know that with his quality, he can do so much better than that but if we consider the fact that at that time, he’s just finished recovering from a serious injury from his last match before the world cup, SOME people may understand.

What did people said? Well a lot of them is not positive and in my eyes, It gave a very negative effects on him personally in the early stage. Losing in the world cup make it a lot worse for him. But did he give up?

(From champions league apps)

NO HE DID NOT GIVE UP professionally, he accepted the comments people gave him and realize that he is someone who could do better. Tackle all the assumptions of people towards him. He takes his time but slowly perform and in shape like before. His recent match in champions league, when he started to play well again, he scores a hatricks (three goals in one match). I can see the satisfaction in his face and happy for him.

What can we learn from this? It is normal to feel down when people judge you but to never lose hope and bringing yourself back up again is important even though it’s difficult. The process is harsh but the result will supprise you. “What can’t kill you make you stronger”. You will gain more experience and do better in what you do and also your life.
