If you need to share the web for several gadgets, but there is no router at hand, you can do without it. This instruction will help turn your computer into a router for distributing the Internet through an access point (Wi-Fi network) or an Ethernet wire.

1. How to share the Internet from a computer using the function "Mobile hot spot" (only Windows 10)
The fastest way to share the Internet without wires, does not require additional programs and complex settings.
Find the Mobile Hotspot menu: select Start → Settings (gear) → Network and Internet → Mobile Hot Spot.
In the "Sharing an Internet connection" field, select the connection type that allows the current computer to communicate with the Internet. This can be a wireless connection to Wi-Fi (or 3G) or Ethernet.
- Click "Change" and in the next window specify the name and password from the new wireless network through which the computer will distribute the Internet.
- At the top of the page, enable the option "Allow my Internet connection to be used on other devices".
After that you can distribute the Internet through the created Wi-Fi network. It is enough to connect the necessary devices to it using the password created in the third step. And you can disable the distribution of the Internet in the same place where wireless communication is turned off - in the "Network" window on the taskbar.
