“I hate to use the term UFO but that’s what we’re looking at,” he added. “I think it’s pretty clear this is not us, and it’s not anyone else, so no one has to ask questions where they’re from.”
I think this claim is somewhat misleading because it's just saying something unidentified exists when everyone thinks it's saying aliens exist.

I believe there are beings on other planets. Probably most of them far more advanced than we are because greed is holding us back. If we really wanted to, we could have gotten rid of our dependency on oil long ago. That's what seems to run most of our governments, the oil companies. Some countries are smart, but most can't or won't make the transition.
