Hey stemians, I want to share you my final dialog about the technology in the society, hope you like it!

Throughout history, daily life has been facilitated thanks to the technology, it’s beginning the human beings needed to eat so they built tools by carving stones and joining them to sticks improving their hunting techniques. Later, everything was created with different metals, facilitating daily tasks such as cooking, cutting trees, and planting wheat. In this way, the human beings saw the need to transport themselves efficiently and travel faster, the began to create navigation vehicles like boats to travel on seas and also land vehicles like the wagons pushed by horses. Then, they said “hey, I have to send a message, but I need it to be quick”, and that’s how the telegraph was created.

That is technology, the necessity to facilitate the needs of man in all aspects, improving the quality of life. Today, we have cars, glasses, refrigerators, televisions, computers that are smaller and smaller to the point that they fit in your pocket. But is this healthy for society? I would like to believe that yes, but no. I feel that some technological advances rather delayed us as a society by being more aware of the virtual acceptance of strangers than the people around you, this is stupid and dangerous, the misuse of this can cause from health problems and fatal accidents, for example I like to read novels on the computer but I prefer the book, because there is less risk of my health being affected.
In conclusion, I believe that technology is a double-edged sword and I suggest that it should be used with its proper precautions and make it more favorable for our quality of life.
