Anyway, I LOVE email. I use it multiple times a day and love the ability to write what I want without being limited to a certain number of characters. And yes, email has its issues, but as the article says many of them are of our own making: not unsubscribing, not deleting, not keeping up. A good read, if a bit long. And 'Long Live Email'!!
