Excessive use of computer and the treatment of pain in eyes

With the new innovations in technology, It has been noticed that use of computer and like devices have been increased badly. with the excessive use of electronic gadgets, people are suffering from eye problems like tiredness or poignancy in eyes etc.

These problems can be avoided easily.

The **20-20-20 rule** is super helpful in order to avoid eye problems. According to this rule, people have to left the computer after 20 minutes and have to see things at a distance of 20 feet for 20 seconds.
Also remember that the screen of computer should not be more or less brighten than room's light. Long sitting in front of computer causes eye irritation and metal fatigue. According to experts,to rub the eyes during the situation of irritation is not good for eyesight.

Instead, some easy and effective excersizes can be followed for saving the eyes and getting mental calmness.
Abrase softly both hands for 10 to 15 minutes until these become warm and put them on your eyes and remove these after some time. Surely, you will feel euphoria after performing this act. Remember these warm hand should not touch to the inner white layer of eyes.
To blow the eyelids after every three to four minutes is also helpful in avoiding eye irritation and getting nervous comfort.
When we sit in front of a computer, we constantly focus on the screen of a computer and during this, we blow the eyelids less. Therefore, it is necessary to blow the eyelids every few seconds just to avoid any irritation or mental fatigue.

Select a thing at a distance of 6 to 10 meters and without moving your head, focus your eyes imperceptibly on that thing. such act will not only provide tranquil to your eyes but also favorable in attaining mental freshness. Repeat this exercise again and again because this exercise is also useful in saving eyesight.
Try to rotate your eyes from right to left by making a large circle and repeat this exercise at least for four times then close the eyes for few seconds. During this take a deep breath and become calm.
