สวัสดีค่ะเพื่อนๆทุกท่าน
มาส่งภาพอาหารเข้าประกวดจ้า ไม่ได้มาร่วมกิจกรรมนานมาก ช่วงนี้ก็มาโพสบ้าง ไม่ค่อยได้มาโพส อาจจะหมดมุขก็ว่าได้ และยุ่งกับการขายของออนไลน์ กำลังหาลูกค้า หาลูกค้านี่ยากจริงๆ ต้องผลักดันตัวเองให้สุดไปเลย กว่าจะได้ลูกค้าแต่ละคนมาซื้อสินค้าเรา
ช่วงนี้ทานราเมนบ่อยมาก ส่งเข้าประกวดซะเลย 😂😂😂 หลังจากเมื่อวานออก กำลังเสร็จร่างกายต้องการโปรตีนมาก เลยจัดไป 1 ชามใหญ่ๆ ก็ได้แคลรอรี่มาเยอะอยู่
ร้านนี้อร่อยมากค่ะ น้ำซุปเขาอร่อย เจ้าของเป็นคนไทยซื้อเฟรนไชส์มาจากคนญี่ปุ่น สูตรลับน้ำซุปอร่อย เร็วๆนี้เหมือนจะมีเมนูราเมนเผ็ดมา แต่ก็อยากไปลอง Eatigo ลด 50% มาทานได้นะคะ อยู่สุขุมวิท 11 กรุงเทพ
วันนี้ก็คงไปออกกำลังกายเหมือนเดิม เพื่อเบิร์นวิ่งที่กินออกไปเมื่อวาน
พยายามจะทานแต่ไก่และผักแต่มันยังอยากอย่างอื่นอยู่ อาหารมันล่อตาล่อใจ😂😂😂
บางครั้งอยากทานอะไรที่แซบๆเผ็ดๆแต่กลับทานไม่ได้ เพราะ ทานทีไรท้องเสียทุกที อาหารที่ปรุงเผ็ดๆนี่กินแล้วอสการท้องอืดทั้งวัน สงสัยกะเพราะคงชินกับอาหารจืดๆไม่เผ็ด อยากทานน้ำพริกมาก แต่พอไปซื้อมาทาน ท้องเสียซะงั้น
ร่างกายมันปฏิเสธของแปลกๆตลอดๆจนไม่กล้าทานอะไรที่เผ็ดๆ แต่ก็ยังไม่เข็ดเพราะอยากทานมาก ฮ่าๆ
สบายปากลำบาก........🤣🤣🤣🤣
