Today I realized that there is nothing harder than making the right decision. God (or whatever else) had a freaking sick sense of humor and programmed humans to suffer when they are making the right decisions, which will eventually benefit everyone.
Maybe pain is the only way to teach people to be rightful instead of floating like a spineless jellyfish, which is afraid to even think about being just. At the moment, I feel a little dead inside because I just faced my delusions and had to kill them off. And yet, through all the pain and sadness, I can already feel how the world will become a little better place now.
When applied wrongly, goodness can only bring the pain. To be righteous is what you have to seek.
Stand for yourself, people. Don't fool yourself and act the way you supposed to act even though sometimes it is the hardest option. After all, life is not about being easy and fun; it is about learning how to decide for yourself... how to accept the reality despite your wishes. How hard is that? Extremely. Will you instantly feel better? Well, a kid won't thank you for taking candy out of his mouth until he understands what a toothache is. And you are that kid. I am that kid.
Deep inside we all know the truth.
tears are slowly changed by smiles.

Beautiful piece @writingamigo! Learning to stand up for oneself and making decisions that take ones life in a certain direction is the hardest thing ever!! I have been in bad books with my folks for deciding to be an entrepreneur instead of building a normal career. Back in the day we had not spoken in a while coz of it, it hurt so bad but it worked out, i am doing well, they reduced their level of freaking out(not that it's completely over, they still worry) but it shall be well at the end of it all.
