Thought For Inspiration: WORKING ON THE SOIL

This is an interesting series I am doing in relation to wealth creation and I love the feedback. I am glad to see most people following keenly. As I combed through the comments after the first episode, a question from a fan struck me. A guy wanted to know how to identify the right soil for growth. I believe everyone is dying to know the secret of wealth creation, so they can apply these principles.

I may have to disappoint most of you because the secret you are looking for is YOU. Let us work the scriptures together. Our main scripture Matthew 13:8-9 reads, “Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown. Whoever has ears, let them hear.” Now the question is, which soil is Jesus talking about?

The soil is determined by the makeup. What is a soil made up of? Clay soil is made up of clay. Sandy soil is made up of sand and so on. A good soil is made up of all the right components that enables growth and nutrition. Same way, you need to spend more time on the soil before you start sowing. Most of us are sowing seeds in a soil that has no purpose for money, discipline, frivolous spending habit. Impulse buying and whatnot. Why don’t you dress yourself in good habits like you would dress up a soil for cultivation? The first thing to go to work on, is YOURSELF. You are the soil, make sure the right components are found on your inside for the multiplication.
