Saloutard, bíentés.
There's a reason why I began with this carryover from the Google+ years: Because, starting yesterday morning at 10:57 EDT, I've been invested in reviving the Relformaide Dictionary on Referata--so much so, I barely even have time to get started on this milestone entry. After little more than a year away thanks to a hacking spree...business as usual: A long-awaited undo of last northern spring's damage, followed by brand-new roots, several renames, a revamp of almost half the grammar, a set of newly crafted possessive suffixoids and indicative verbal termisons (144 and 20 all told respectively), and a great deal of maintenance/upgrades to the {{Morpheme}} table (ongoing as I prepare this writeup). On a related note, the Snippets section could use some more work, and that I'll get to in a matter of time, en route to our first official entries--the sooner the better.
And for that, you can thank a pause in my Veritas gift-map mission for finally sending me back. The Veritas layout was looking good earlier this week--until I felt it wasn't. Setting up Rogatia was already one thing; dealing with the bathymetric uplift for the Bastion of Truth may be another. Scrapping what we've already got and returning to an earlier step soon; again, 100 guarantee we'll deal with the street grid of Weymouth, Elmshire, Rogatia, and 200 a crack at the first 1,000 words of Unspooled #1.

And...apologies if it's taken me too long to drop back here to update this post (on the overnight of July 9 + the night of July 10). Since last time--alliteration alert--the highlights of our Hive hiatus were:
- June 10: Revisiting Veritas for a while
- June 11: 12-hour overhaul on the Snippet code at the Relformaide Dictionary, whose URL (rfm.referata.com) was inaccessible from June 30 till recently thanks to network/server issues--and barely a month after reopening, at that
- June 21-22: Overhaul of the RFM Declension table code; see above
- June 23: Nostalgic double feature of The Chipmunk Adventure (1987)/The Secret of NIMH (1982) on our new Vizio Smart monitor--in primetime. My younger sister chose the first half for her children, while YouTube took care of the other via AutoPlay.
- June 30: Again, see above
- Ca. July 1-4: Testing out which music apps on my device could cast to said monitor--and which couldn't. (Only three of them--Rocket Player, GoneMAD, and GPlay--got through. The latter, though, only supports playback of tracks bought or uploaded to there--no luck with local files. But, with only months to go before YouTube Music takes over...)
- July 4, ~4:30 p.m.: Revisiting Hamtaro, a highly underrated kodomo anime desperately in need of a U.S. comeback--and believe it or not, a guest on Toonami USA's schedule back in its prime. (Thank my younger sister, who put a sample of it on for her kids via YT.)
- July 4, 6:15 p.m.: Catching Tangled, Disney's 2010 take on "Rapunzel", on Disney+ for the first time. (Missed my chance to see it on Starz almost a decade ago.) Two cues therefrom, "I've Got a Dream" and "Kingdom Dance", are headed for the Adanson Jukebox soon enough.
As a reminder, microposting already isn't quite desirable on STM/Hive, so an overdue addendum had to do to get my reputation in check. Returning with a new one before July 12, so keep an eye out.

And so passes another milestone with nary a bit of fanfare--but 3,000 is on the way this northern fall, and I am not missing that. Until we meet again, take care, stay connected, wipe everything down, wash your hands...and God bless.
All of us, and George Floyd's family.
